The Edeia of the Month and Fusion/Fission of the Month is a monthly feature of an Edeia and a fusion or fission; others are welcome to draw gift art for them. One thing you might consider is drawing the Edeia and/or Fusion/Fission of the Month for your prompt! Be sure to notify the owner if you do make anything.
As of January 2026, if you make art or writing featuring an featured Edeia/Fusion/Fission of the Month from any current or previous features, you can claim a prompt pass. Rules are as follows:
You can receive up to two prompt passes per month for creating a gift for a featured character. One for Edeia of the Month, one for Fusion/Fission of the Month.
You cannot claim a pass for the same featured character more than once.
Artwork should have minimum effort equivalent to a fully colored/shaded headshot or colored halfbody of an average-complexity character. Please ask in the questions channel if you are unsure.
Writing should have a minimum of 500 words.
This does not stack with prompt passes gained from "gift" monthly prompt entries.

Mercy, the embodiment of gentle reprieve, the bringer of compassion to those that seek a release from their punishment and torment. They are a quiet, thoughtful one, and their presence brings about a subtle but pervasive calming effect around others; after all, while their mere existence and presence within a location implies an impending doom or persecution, they are not the one to enact such terror. It’s quite the opposite — they seek to bring solace and comfort to those in pain, for compassionate restraint and timely healing is their ultimate goal.
They see themselves as a guide and healer, not necessarily a hero or savior as those roles are better left to others that actively seek such glory. No, Mercy is much kinder, softer — they merely wish to alleviate unnecessary pain. If that means they must stain themself, then so be it. It’s about saving those that can be saved, and comforting those who are too far gone. They are shelter and killer in one.

Quies is a fusion between Pacific, Edeia of Pacificity, and Veil, Edeia of Patience. She is exceedingly gentle and kind in demeanor. Like Veil, she tends to listen more than she speaks—and when she does, she often also offers comfort through words, their aura, or physical contact. She feels troubled when others are in distress, feeling that such negativity is something that she wishes weren't present. She will sometimes quietly appear to lend a listening ear, comfort, and solutions to the situation that may be troubling such an individual. When they decide to help someone, unless they are very explicitly rejected and their attempts are doing more harm than good, they can be quite dedicated, patiently helping the individual to find their way.
Quies's abilities combine Pacific's aura of pacificity with Veil's aura of patience. Passively, those around them are filled with a sense of peace along with a clearer mind. Emotions are calmed, and those under their influence have their minds more open to empathy and understanding and become more willing to contemplate matters slowly, thoroughly, unhurriedly. They can spread the aura wider or focus it on a single person as well, though if they focus this ability, they can become tired, leading to the aura shrinking.

About Edeia/Fusion/Fission of the Month
The Edeia is generally chosen from all the Edeia in the ML with the help of a random number generator. All Edeia, fusions, and fissions are automatically eligible if they have a valid entry on the ML; fusions and fissions marked as "incomplete" are not valid.
The feature must be accepted by the owner and can be turned down. If a response is not received after two days, someone else will be picked. The owner can make some notes about permissions/preferences/etc. for if any gift art is made for their character.
Since there are numerous Edeia, each character can only be featured once. The exception is if the Edeia has a complete overhaul in Idea and design, in which case they may be featured again.
The Fusion of the Month can also be the Fission of the Month; fissions are included in the draw for that category. The owner will be asked if they wish to feature a particular fragment, in which case each fragment can be separately featured when the number is drawn again, or if they would prefer to feature all fragments together.
If you are transferred an Edeia (and their fusions) that has already been featured, you may update their past feature info if you wish, though it is not required. However, they still cannot be featured again.
At their discretion, Auspice may choose to update outdated entries with new ML info. You may also request changes if there have been major updates, but these are not meant to be public mini-profiles that need to be kept up to date.
